Shift- 9:30am to 5:30pmBenefits:Company pickup bus starts from Panvel.BreakfastResponsibilities:Prepare order confirmations, sales invoices and packing lists in Tally.Coordinate with clients to receive signed confirmation of sales order.Cross-check sales order issued with purchase order issued by client.Prepare pre-shipment and post-shipment documents including packing list, invoice, shipping bill, regulatory declarations.Maintain records on duty drawback, and MEIS credit on export shipments.Maintain physical and digital records of pre-shipment & post-shipment documents.Coordinate with CHA for road transport, shipping container and vesselCandidate ProfilePrior experience in Export Documentation is compulsory / CHA work background will be an added advantage.Ability to draft email communication for US and European international clients.Proficient in MS Excel.Good time management and organization skills.Any Graduate/ PG
