• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
• Ensure accurate employee records on HRMS with strong data management practices.
• Drive background verification, employee documentation, and statutory compliance processes.
• Provide accurate payroll inputs, and manage attendance, leave, and time-off records.
• Administer employee benefits, including insurance and mediclaim.
• Ensure timely processing of HR documentation such as letters, contracts, and agreements.
