Roles and Responsibilities About the RoleTo partner with business in enforcing implementation of all HR Systems (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, Employee Engagement)/ Structure/ Policies /Process/ Procedures for an effective Sales Organisation and ensuring alignment of human capital management to help business achieve its strategic and operational goals.
Responsibilities To enforce implementation of all HR practices of Talent Management throughout the year to build meritocracy within the organization Execute and facilitate the completion of following phases:o Goal setting o Mid-year reviewo Annual Review Coach managers on the process of evaluating employees and conducting an objective performance feedback dialogue through Workshops To prepare the talent management review document and facilitation in career and succession planning for Sales, Service, Learning, Marketing and rural Vertical, Media etc.
