Roles and Responsibilities Work from Office (5 Days working) Female Candidate required HR Operations and Special Projects Managing day-to-day HR operations and facilitating smooth implementation of systems, processes and policies to support business and handling special projects
- Preparation of First Impression Reports ( & Days) - Providing Buddy - Implementation of code of conduct - Conducting Open house and capturing the grievances and suggestions - Designing the system, process policies as per the requirement. - Handle employee grievances and respond to day to day employee enquiries - Maintain and update the organization structure and employee database for the zone
Loan Approvals, Special Projects like Job evaluation, functional competency, Comp & BenefitTo enforce implementation of all HR practices of Talent Management throughout the year to build meritocracy within the organization
