2 Key Activities/ Deliverables:
Deploy BU EHS strategy, policies, plans, and procedures; translate into site-level execution plansBuild and sustain a strong EHS culture; engage leaders and teams to reinforce safe behaviors and accountabilityEnsure compliance with applicable EHS laws/regulations and company standards; track emerging trends and assess impactLead/oversee tactical EHS initiatives supporting BU priorities (risk reduction, program effectiveness, continuous improvement)Guide senior leaders on critical EHS topics, priorities, and resource trade-offs; influence outcomes without authorityCoordinate and lead cross-functional, multi-site teams to deliver EHS outcomes and standardize best practices across the BU/PODManage and develop EHS resources (direct or dotted-line); provide coaching and governance to ensure consistent executionRepresent the company with regulators...
