This position is well suited for a mid‑ to senior‑level transportation engineer looking to stay hands‑on while growing into broader technical and project leadership responsibilities.
This role can be based in Boston, MA; East Hartford, CT; or Manchester, NH, with hybrid work flexibility.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the technical delivery of highway design tasks from concept through PS&E.
Develop and review roadway alignments, design criteria, construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
