The Opportunity

We are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to support a number of welcoming primary schools across the Wisbech, Cambridgeshire area. This role is ideal for those wanting to gain valuable classroom experience, or for Qualified Teachers looking for flexible, local work.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the regular teacher
• Maintain a positive learning environment and manage behaviour effectively
• Support students across a variety of subjects
• Work with pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2
• Be adaptable to both last-minute bookings and scheduled assignments across local schools
