We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our Northwich Campus, supporting within our specialist provision team. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to support a pupil with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), delivering a bespoke curriculum alongside consistent 1:1 support throughout the school day.

About the Role

Working under the direction of teaching staff and the SEND team, you will:

• Deliver high-quality learning activities across 1:1, small group, and occasionally whole‑class settings
• Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a named pupil, including supervision throughout the school day (including breaks and lunchtimes)
• Support the delivery of a personalised, bespoke curriculum
• Act as a Key Worker, building strong relationships with the pupil, parents, and internal stakeholders
