D&G is seeking an experienced Higher Control (HICON) Subject Matter Expert to support the planning, development, and execution of realistic exercise environments that replicate senior-level U.S. Government and Joint Staff operations. This role provides expertise in executive-level coordination, operational planning products, and strategic communications to ensure exercises accurately reflect real-world decision-making and operational processes within the Department of Defense and Joint Staff environment.
