QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a background in the area of Track & FieldMust have basic knowledge of fundamentals in all field events and runningMust be willing to work closely with HS coaches in implementing the teaching of fundamentals as prescribed by the varsity track programMust work with coaches in conducting home track meets, including middle school eventsAssist in the design of a daily and weekly practice schedule with specific goals for team and individual developmentSkills in the organization and execution of a practice planExpected to participate in the athletic department’s fundraising effortsEffectively communicate with players, parents, and administrationMust model appropriate behavior, promoting at all times the social, emotional, and moral well-being of CPS student-athletesMust have First Aid and CPR certificatio...
