• 40 hour week
• Pay up to £21 per hour DOE
• Early Shift 06:00 – 14:30 | Late Shift 13:30 – 22:00
• Alternate Saturday’s
• Extra payments for Saturday mornings, Standby and Call Out

Responsibilities Summary

• Ensure your work is carried out as efficiently as possible and you are following the Service Process Maps. Ensure you are fully briefed on job requirements and budgets per up‑front job specifications. Provide diagnostic outcomes and accurately specify repair solutions. Ensure time recording procedures are complied with including correct use of codes as per productivity policy. Ensure fully specified jobs are given to CSR for invoicing.
