We’re Hiring a HGV Mechanic – Nottingham City Council

£36,363 – £39,152 per year (with guaranteed annual pay awards & progression)
Overtime rates of £28.34 – £30.52 per hour (Based on time-and-a-half of the basic hourly rate; actual overtime is paid at single time for the first 5 hours, increasing to time-and-a-half thereafter)
Plus £980 yearly tool allowance (paid pro rata'd per month)
37 hours per week plus overtime at time-and-a-half after 5 hours - plenty available
Monday–Friday - occasional weekend shifts may be offered for bank holiday cover, on a voluntary basis
34 days holiday (incl. bank holidays) – rising to 41 days after 5 years
