Main Responsibility
Operate company HGVs safely and efficiently between sitesCarry out pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standardsMaintain accurate records of driving hours, mileage, and deliveriesManage the movement and yard coordination of full and empty containers/trailersAdhere to Transport Operating Licence requirements and company proceduresComply with all Health & Safety, Environmental, and Customs & Excise legislationFollow ISO , BRC, and HMRC standards and report any non-conformancesLiaise with internal teams including Despatch, Loading, and Vat Hall CoordinatorsContribute to team meetings, continuous improvement activities, and problem-solving initiativesWork collaboratively with colleagues and support team performance objectives Our Ideal Candidate
