Position Overview

Driver Hire Stockport is currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Driver for our reputable client based in Stockport.

This role offers Monday to Friday work with 7:00am starts. You will be required to complete 2–3 nights out per week, so the ability to accommodate regular overnight stays is essential.

Please note that this is a temp-to-perm position. After completing 65 shifts with Driver Hire, you will then transfer to full-time employment with our client.

New pass drivers are more than welcome to apply for this role- Interviews will be held ASAP

Duties of this HGV Class 2 Driver will include:
Driving a HGV Class 2 vehicle responsibly and safely, obeying all traffic laws.

Carrying out required daily vehicle checks to ensure procedural compliance.

Maintaining regular contact with Branch Managers on daily progress.
