HESQ Co-Ordinator
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HESQ Coordinator to support our site’s Health, Environment, Safety, and Quality systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in contractor onboarding, compliance management, risk control, quality system maintenance, and continuous improvement across the operation. 

Key Responsibilities
Contractor & Employee Onboarding
Manage contractor onboarding and safety file compliance
Conduct safety inductions and annual medical coordination
Facilitate HESQ training including PTW, Risk Assessments, and general inductions
Lead monthly contractor meetings and ensure alignment to site requirements

Safety, Health & Environment
Conduct plant walks, Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS) observations, and systematic inspections
