**JOB PURPOSE:**

The Hemodialysis Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct nursing care to patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) undergoing hemodialysis treatment. This role is responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and delivering individualized care, monitoring treatment responses, and ensuring safe and effective dialysis therapy. The RN collaborates with physicians, technicians, dietitians, social workers, and other team members to support high‑quality patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and a positive care environment.
