Medicus has partnered with a medical center in St. Louis, Missouri, with an opening for a Hematologist Oncologist to provide locum tenens coverage.

About the Opening:

• Schedule: 12-hour inpatient shifts or 4 to 8-hour outpatient shifts
• Average Inpatient Volume: 5
• Average Outpatient Volume: 10-20
• Split hematology and medical oncology case load
• Duties: Chemotherapy supervision/orders, bone marrow biopsies/aspirations, management of oncologic emergencies, and genetic testing/ counseling coordination
• Support Staff: Oncology pharmacist, oncology RN, nurse navigator
• Available Resources: On-site infusion center & radiation therapy
• Will supervise APPs
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses
