New Job Details Hematology/Oncology Locums

Location: Near Albany, NY

Duration: ASAP ongoing (6+ months)

Schedule: 2-4 wks/month

Clinic Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Call: 1:5 rotating call; Weeknight call: 4:30 PM 8:30 AM; Weekend call: 24-hour (8:30 AM 8:30 AM); Primarily telephone-only and rare urgent consults requiring in-person evaluation

Patient Volume: 15 patients per day in clinic with approximately 6 new patients per week

Scope of Practice: 40% Hematology / 60% Oncology for Outpatient clinic and inpatient call coverage

Duties Include: New patient consults and follow-ups, Treatment planning and chemotherapy management and Inpatient rounding during call coverage
