Job Title: Locum Physician - Hematology Oncology Facility and Practice Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Locum Oncology/Hematology Physician to join a well-established team in a reputable free-standing cancer center located in Coos Bay, Oregon. This outpatient setting focuses primarily on timely diagnosis and patient care, with both benign hematology and solid tumor oncology, aiming for quick turnaround for new solid tumor diagnoses.

• Function as a member of the clinical patient care team, performing tasks and procedures consistent with the training and licensure of a medical oncologist/hematologist.
• Utilize EPIC for electronic medical records.
• Manage outpatient care with an average of 10-15 patients per day.
• Provide coverage during physician retirements and relocations.
• Participate in a call rotation of 1 in 4, including one weekend per month.
