Holy Cross Medical Group is seeking a dynamic clinician-leader to serve as Medical Director of Hematology/Oncology, providing strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for its growing oncology program. The HCMG Site Medical Director (SMD) Hematology/Oncology is principally responsible for working in partnership with the Service Line Chief, Practice Manager and Division Director to give clinical and professional input of their clinical practice/specialty. Reporting directly to the Service Line Chief and in collaboration with the administrative Division Director, has joint responsibility with their administrative dyad partner - the Practice Manager, for overseeing the clinical and administrative aspects of Hematology/Oncology.
