**Description**

Helpers will assist with constructing, fabricating, installing and dismantling form work of fixtures of metal, wood and other accessories. Helpers must be willing to learn from others. Must understand and potentially learn to identify and avoid all safety hazards related to the work and learn to safely and effectively use or operate work related tools and equipment.



+ Assist specialty crew with preparing the layout of the project.

+ Selects, loads, and hauls job material to different areas in work site

+ Identify all tools required for tasks

+ Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site

+ Provide support as needed for specialty crew

+ Assist in the measurement, marking, and cutting

+ Assist in positioning, joining, aligning, and sealing structural components

+ Manages own time effectively, ensuring maximum amount of productivity
