SUMMARY: A fast-growing organisation supporting a large national workforce is looking for a Senior IT Helpdesk / Support Specialist in Cape Town to join their high-performing IT team. This role offers exposure to a complex, enterprise-scale environment supporting approximately 3,000 users, with a strong focus on modern cloud technologies, automation, and security.
POSITION INFO: You will operate as a senior escalation point, working across infrastructure, identity, networking and cloud platforms while driving continuous improvement through automation and process optimisation.
