Role: IT Helpdesk Analyst Location: San Antonio, Texas Responsibilities

+ The role requires a contractor who is skilled in IT Warehouse Assest management.

+ IT fulfillment, asset tag requests for purchase order receiving, related to multi-state customers.

+ Maintain IT asset management record integrity.

+ Maintains digital and physical IT asset management files for record retention. Maintains database record of various types of IT asset transactions.

+ End-User technical support.

+ The role is essential to sustaining daily operational activities, including device provisioning, bricking/unbricking processes, asset tracking, and support for ongoing Optum integration and compliance-related initiatives.
