Robert Half is seeking a Tier 1 Help Desk Support Technician for a 1 year contract to provide day-to-day end-user and desktop support. This role is designed to supplement the existing IT support team, allowing senior technicians to focus on large-scale PC replacement and deployment initiatives.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
· Provide hands-on desktop and end-user IT support
· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
· Perform password resets, account unlocks, and Active Directory support
· Install, configure, and maintain software applications
· Image and deploy PCs using modern deployment tools (Autopilot preferred)
· Support onboarding/offboarding of users and device setup
· Log, track, and update tickets in the IT service management system
