Become a key IT support figure at Davis Martindale as a Helpdesk Analyst. This contract role is focused on problem‑solving for both in‑office and remote employees. Davis Martindale is seeking a proactive Helpdesk Analyst for approximately one year to cover parental leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Windows 11 devices
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook and Teams
- Resolve remote access and connectivity issues
- Onboard recent employees with IT setup materials
- Document and manage requests in the ticketing system
Requirements
- 1+ years in helpdesk or IT support roles
- Diploma or degree in IT or related field
- Experience with Windows 11 environments
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with AI tools is an asset
