Position Overview
Job Description We are looking for someone who thrives on problem‑solving, clear communication and ownership. The Helpdesk connects and supports activity across Hard Services, Vacant Property, ATM Support, Contractor Coordination, Purchase Orders and Complaints, ensuring requests are triaged accurately, progressed efficiently and delivered in line with service level expectations. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of incoming service requests, triaging and allocating work to the appropriate supplier, engineer or internal team Manage reactive jobs and PPMs from first contact through to closure, ensuring progress chasing and escalation where required Monitor active workflows, manage jeopardy cases and escalate risks to SLA breaches Coordinate activity across Hard Services, Vacant Property, ATM Support, Contractor Coordination, Purchase Orders and Complaints Liaise with engineers, suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring clear instructions, attendance coordination and performance tracking ...
