Description We are looking for a skilled Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Emigsville, Pennsylvania. • Administer and maintain Infor Syteline multi-tenant and multisite environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide direct support and troubleshooting for Factory Track, including ShopFloor and mobility applications.
• Develop and manage Infor Birst spaces and dashboards, utilizing Syteline data through Infor Datalake for advanced reporting.
