Description We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide dependable technical assistance for employees in Doral, Florida. This Long-term Contract position focuses on supporting day-to-day desktop operations, resolving user issues efficiently, and maintaining a stable Microsoft Windows 10 environment. The ideal candidate brings strong troubleshooting ability, clear communication, and a service-oriented approach to end-user support.
Responsibilities:
• Provide first- and second-level technical support for end users, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity in a Windows 10 environment.
• Manage Active Directory tasks such as creating and updating user accounts, resetting passwords, adjusting permissions, and applying group policy changes.
