Description We are looking for a skilled Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will provide technical support to a diverse group of users, ensuring smooth operations across both Mac and PC platforms. This position offers a mix of onsite and remote work, allowing you to collaborate closely with the IT team and contribute to critical projects.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to approximately 550 users, troubleshooting issues across Mac and PC environments.
• Manage software installations and ensure systems are updated and functioning efficiently.
• Handle high volumes of help desk tickets, addressing user-reported issues promptly and professionally.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires, including system setup and user account creation.
