Description
We are seeking an IT Help Desk Tier 1 professional for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in SaaS, application support, or technical support who enjoys troubleshooting user issues and delivering strong customer service. Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide first-level technical support for end users via phone, email, and ticketing system. Based on general knowledge.
