Job Description
The client an experienced IT Contractor with a minimum of 2 years' experience performing technical work in information technology security and support fields. This is a cross-team position to fulfill duties within our security and help desk teams.
Key Responsibilities

+ Provide general technology support

+ Respond to and implement support tickets

+ Assist documenting and managing incidents and vulnerabilities

+ Perform network monitoring and reporting

+ Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and policies
