Are you willing to operate machinery safely and see the success of an exciting industry? Martin Marietta is currently looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator at our Sedalia Quarry in Sedalia, MO. This position is responsible for safely operating heavy equipment to move material within the plant. Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

Participate in safety programs and training, promoting Martin Marietta’s Guardian Angel culture

Inspect equipment for signs of wear

Perform basic maintenance on heavy mobile equipment

Work in a team environment

Clean work areas

Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions

Proper wear of personal protective equipment

Notify supervisors of repairs needed
