Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate equipment operators and crewsPlan and execute daily work to meet schedule and productivity targetsEnforce HSE requirements and lead safety meetingsEnsure compliance with ground disturbance and permitsStrong knowledge of and experience operating equipment such as excavators, zoom booms, skid steers, and ride-on compactors.Oversee excavation, grading, and material handling activitiesConduct equipment checks and ensure safe operationMonitor work quality and ensure compliance with drawings/specificationsQualifications
