Position Scope

NACG are seeking FINISH DOZER OPERATORS to join our remote mining site team in the Fort McMurray area. This is your opportunity to join one of the safest and largest contracts in the region.

For this role, NACG offers a BASE RATE of $44.24/hour as well as holiday (4%) and vacation (6%) pay paid out each cheque.

Where You’ll Be Working

• Site: Multiple Sites (Kearl and Fort Hills).
• Schedule: Site dependant for rotation - 12-hour days and nights (paid for 12 hours).
• Accommodations: Camp accommodation is provided.
• Transportation: Flights are provided to and from Edmonton or Calgary. Bussing provided from Fort McMurray to site (before and after rotation).
• Overtime: Site Dependant - Fort Hills offers OT, Kearl has a 10% rate uplift instead of OT.
