Job Title: Heavy Equipment Mechanic (Mining Equipment)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team, responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of mining mobile equipment. This role requires strong diagnostic skills, mechanical expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Candidates must be comfortable working extended 12-hour shifts and rotating between day and night schedules if needed.
Key Responsibilities

+ Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy mining equipment including:

+ Excavators

+ Dozers

+ Haul trucks (40-ton to 100-ton)

+ Water trucks

+ Motor graders



+ Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues efficiently

+ Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and servicing
