**Heavy Equipment Mechanic**

**Pay:** $21–$40 per hour (based on experience)

**Schedule:** Full-time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

**Position Overview**

We are seeking an experienced **Heavy Equipment Mechanic** to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of heavy construction equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. You’ll perform both preventative maintenance and complex repairs in a shop and field environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform routine and preventative maintenance on heavy equipment including:
+ Backhoes, graders, wheel loaders, skid steers, excavators, milling machines, and pavers
+ Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
+ Respond to breakdowns and complete emergency repairs to minimize downtime
