In this permanent role, you'll integrate into a close-knit team focused on troubleshooting and repairing various machinery, including Caterpillar and other branded equipment. Your work will include daily utilization of Caterpillar SIS and ET, technical documentation, and customer interactions, all vital to the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair Caterpillar and other mechanical equipment
• Conduct shop repairs and diagnostics as needed
• Document service reports and warranty notes accurately
• Collaborate with customers and support teams
• Assist Service Supervisor and Leadhand with tasks
