Responsible for building up long-term mutually beneficially relations and business cooperation with all OEM Ice Plant Makers in Thailand (>12 companies), and all key end user groups.
Achieve and maintain level of at least 50 compressors per year.
Develop and manage distribution strategy via multiple distribution channels (OEM, dealers, trading companies, sales agents, direct sales to large customers etc.) with corresponding pricing policies and loyalty system, rewarding and supporting both new installation and aftersales efforts of our partners.
Conduct market studies and make sure our pricing is competitive.
Collect market feedback and make sure customer experience is excellent with our products & services, if not suggest, develop and conduct correction actions together with local service team and also factories in Europe.
