Job Description:
Conduct proactive and reactive interior and exterior security patrols, including in inclement weatherMonitor and supervise patients as requiredRespond to incidents, remain calm in emergencies, and use effective conflict management and verbal de-escalation techniquesInvestigate routine incidents and complete clear, accurate incident and end-of-shift reportsEnforce parking, smoking, site by-laws, and all client and Paladin policies and proceduresLiaise with Paladin management and on-site staff to meet operational requirementsOperate independently and as part of a team to complete assigned dutiesSit or stand for up to 12 hours per shiftParticipate in ongoing training and development as directedAdditional Duties as AssignedJob Requirements:
Authorized to legally work in CanadaValid Ontario Security Guard LicenseValid Ontario G class driving license
