Job Summary: The Healthcare Recruiter will play a key role in supporting organizational growth by managing the full talent acquisition lifecycle, supporting Human Resources (HR) programs and compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners. This position requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
• Oversee the full talent acquisition lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
• Ensure completion of all pre and post employment requirements, such as employment paperwork, medical clearance, and employee ID badges.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to compile talent requirements and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for positions such as registered nurse case managers, physical therapists, and occupational therapists.
