Initiating and monitoring prescribed respiratory therapy in clients’ homes, including assessments, education, documentation, and follow‑up to ensure equipment performance and client compliance.
Delivering and exchanging equipment at client homes, including lifting items that may weigh up to 60 pounds.
Traveling long distances for in‑home visits as required.
Conducting in‑office consultations with clients who need sleep and oxygen support.
Leading training sessions on respiratory equipment with community partners.
Promoting Medigas products and services to referral sources.
Building and maintaining high‑quality relationships with clients and referral sources.
Performing all duties in line with safety standards.
Supporting the training and development of new employees when needed.
Participating in a regular on‑call rotation for support as required.
