Summary
We are seeking a Member Services Representative to support members and health plans through high-volume inbound calls. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced healthcare call center environment, enjoy problem-solving, and deliver empathetic, high-quality customer service.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless member experience by assisting with eligibility, referrals, authorizations, and general inquiries while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

+ Manage 45–50+ inbound calls per day from members and health plans

+ Accurately document all interactions to meet productivity and compliance standards
