                    Healthcare Consultant I   Case Manager Miami Dade County, FL

Location: Fully Remote

Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree required (Social Work or related field preferred; nursing degrees not accepted)

Minimum 1 year of case management experience (required)

Case Management Certificate and long-term care experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required) and MS Teams

Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
