We are looking for a kind, motivated and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Sowenna.

Sowenna is Cornwall’s first Children and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMH) Inpatient Unit, providing treatment for young people aged 13 to 18 years. It works closely with Community CAMHS teams to deliver a seamless whole-service approach.

The role is part of a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team in a therapeutic, safe and supported environment that promotes rehabilitation and recovery.

Main Duties

The post focuses on working within the CAMHS adolescent in-patient unit on a rotational shift pattern that includes day and night shifts, weekends and bank holidays.

Key responsibilities include:
