The Role
We are recruiting Healthcare Assistants for a purpose built residential and dementia care home in Lancaster supporting up to aged 65 and over.
The service provides high quality care for individuals living with:
• Dementia including mild and moderate stages
• Physical disabilities
• Visual and hearing impairments
• Parkinsons disease
• Stroke related conditions
• Bariatric and obesity related care needs
• Palliative and end of life care
• Respite and long term residential care
You will work as part of a dedicated care team focused on delivering safe, compassionate and person centred support that promotes dignity, independence and quality of life.
