We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Health & Social Care Trainer to join a large domiciliary care provider based in Ilford. This is an exciting opportunity for a training professional who is committed to developing care staff, promoting best practice, and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

As the Health & Social Care Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging induction, mandatory, refresher, and specialist training programmes for care staff across the organisation.
