Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to management and staff on health and safety matters.
- Deliver health and safety training and induction programs.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and recommending preventative actions.
- Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes to continuously improve safety protocols.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and ensure all necessary reports and documentation are maintained.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Health & Safety Advisor or similar role within the construction, mechanical, or drainage industry.
