We are seeking applications for a Team Leader to join our Health Information Services team, on a permanent full-time basis.

This role will lead and support the clerical caregivers of the Health Information Services department. You will participate in all duties with HIS including pulling of medical records for pre-admission, chasing up of high dollar records, filing, Medicolegal and checking of discharged medical records back into the department.

The Position

• Coordinate day to day operations of the HIS Clerical Team, ensuring appropriate resources are allocated to meet KPI’s and customer expectations.

• Manage rostering, caregiver leave, training and performance management of caregivers.

• Assist in the recruitment of new clerical caregivers.
