We are seeking to appoint a motivated individual with a focus on person‑centred knowledge mobilisation to play a key role in delivery of the European IMPROVE (Innovation in person‑centred Medication Prescribing and Review for Optimal Value and Efficacy) programme.

IMPROVE aims to reduce medicines‑related adverse events and unscheduled hospital admissions by developing and implementing pharmacogenomics and polypharmacy decision support as part of person‑centred medicines review in primary care.
