The Regional Health and Disability Coordinator is responsible for connecting with health practitioners, medical practices and health and disability providers across the Wellington region. This role supports clients with health‑related issues, injury or disability towards optimal health, independence and employment.
Key responsibilities include building strong working relationships with medical practices and health and disability providers, ensuring stakeholders understand and have access to MSD products and services, and supporting the implementation and roll‑out of regional initiatives.
Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport, work independently and achieve goals, and a high level of project management skills.
